Rich Parker, CPA, CVA - Executive Vice President, General Manager AHM Solutions

Mr. Parker joined AHM in September 2002. Prior to AHM, Mr. Parker was the General Manager and Director of Finance for Global Graphics Hardware, Inc. (GGHI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Global Graphics, S.A. (listed on NASDAQ Europe). GGHI designed, manufactured and supported pre-press printing equipment fore customers such as DuPont and AGFA in the Graphic Arts industry. Mr. Parker began his career with a public accounting firm where he became Partner in 1999 and was in charge of the firm’s Audit and Quality Assurance Department where he consulted with clients on various financial, accounting and tax matters, as well as the preparation of business valuations and consultation regarding mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Parker holds a B.S. in Accounting from Rider University and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Valuation Analyst.
