Jill Searing, SPHR - Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Prior to joining AHM in June 2003, Ms. Searing was Vice President of Human Resources for Merrill Lynch, where she led leadership development and talent management initiatives; staffing, retention and performance management programs; nationwide company relocation projects and the divestiture of business units to improve profitability. She previously held Human Resource management positions at Cytogen Corporation and Schering-Plough. Ms. Searing has a B.S. degree from the College of St. Elizabeth, an MBA in Human Resource Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification.
