Michael Jorgensen, CPA- Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Jorgensen joined AHM in November 2007.  Before joining AHM, Mr. Jorgensen was the Chief Financial Officer of DOBI Medical Systems, Inc. a publicly listed development-stage medical device company, which designed and developed an optical imaging technology.  Mr. Jorgensen had previous experience as the Chief Financial Officer of ASX-One, a publicly listed multi-national software applications company, and as Chief Financial Officer of The Ground Round, Inc., a publicly listed national restaurant chain.   Mr. Jorgensen holds an AB degree from Princeton University, a master’s degree from New York University and is a Certified Public Accountant
