III. HOW DOES AHM USE MY INFORMATION?

Your Data is not provided to any third parties except as previously stated.  We collect and retain Data only for the purposes outlined in section II above. 

We may also retain your Data on a secure server and use this information in an aggregated form to measure number of visits, average time spent on the Website, pages viewed, and other relevant statistics.  AHM also collects this information to measure the use of this Website and to improve the content of this Website. 

b. Disclosure of Your Information
We will not disclose any Data to any persons or entities outside of our company, nor lease, license, sublicense, rent, transfer, disclose, disseminate or otherwise grant access to such information except for as outlined above and unless AHM is required to respond to subpoena, court orders or other requirements of law which require disclosure of your information.

You are entitled to removal of your Data from our database upon request.  You may request us to correct, modify or delete all of your Data collected by us through the Website, by making such a request or a related inquiry by sending an email to privacy@ahmdirect.com or by calling 908-687-3888.  Unless you require us to delete your Data, we will keep your information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy and for us to keep appropriate archives for our business operations.

IV. WHAT AHM DOES TO KEEP THE WEBSITE SECURE?

AHM employs procedural and technical safeguards to secure the Website against misuse. As we do not collect your personal information, no procedural or technical safeguards in respect of personal information are employed.
